Established in 2018, ROCTAC is one of the first organizations of its kind in the United States.
ROCTAC is an active network of organizations representing Monroe County corporations, schools and colleges, social service agencies, mental health professionals, and local and federal law enforcement – partners working together to prevent acts of targeted violence in Monroe County. Among our members are experts on threat assessment and threat management, as well as Department of Homeland Security certified master trainers.
ROCTAC members share a commitment to keeping Monroe County safe, and to the belief that our community is best served by a collaborative approach.
